The RAC acts in an advisory capacity to the Complementary Healthcare Council Board. The RAC comprises of at least six to a maximum of eight financial members. RAC members should have a direct retail interest and expertise, for example a Health food Retailer, distributor, direct seller, and mail order business. The CHC is keen for national representation if possible i.e. from each state, to ensure proper coverage of relevant retail issues.The Role of the Retail Advisory Council is to:

• Discuss and make recommendations to the CHC board on issues of importance to retailers.
• Provide advice and recommendation with regards to the CHC strategic and business plans.
