The Retail Division allows retail members to focus more closely on ensuring health food retailers receive the information, advice and representation they need within the industry.

 

The Complementary Healthcare Council employs a Membership Engagement Officer who helps our retail members with their inquiries and can be contacted via members@chc.org.au

We’re also here to support retailers in their communications with the general public because we recognise how important it is that you have current and accurate information in discussion with consumers.  We send out regular publications which keep you up to date on industry initiatives and the latest research and when there’s a negative media story, we’re quick to provide you with information that assists you in dealing with customer concerns.

 

As a member, you will also receive regular copies of Retailers’ News which is produced solely for your benefit.
