CHC's President

Ronda Jacobs - Catalent Pharma Solutions, Managing Director

  Ronda is the President of he CHC Board and has been involved in the complementary
  healthcare industry in Australia for more than 20 years. Ronda is currently the
  Managing Director of Catalent Pharma Solutions Australia (formerly Cardinal Health and
  RP Scherer, Australia). She is passionate about the industry, and has a breadth of
  experience in health and nutrition across both the domestic and export industry.

CHC's Vice-President 

Sally Brumley - Leura Health Foods, Proprietor

  Sally is the Vice President for the CHC Board and has over 20 years experience in
  the health food retail industry. Sally has established two health food stores in Leura
  and Queanbeyan and was a Foundation member of the Independent Health Foods
  of Australia. Sally’s passion and commitment to the complementary healthcare
  industry, and her business and retail experience are an asset to the CHC Board.

CHC's Treasurer

Chris Karabalis - Healthy Life Woden, Retailer

  
  Chris has been the Treasurer for the CHC Board since 2005 and has strong 
  experience in economical and organisational skills. As Treasurer, Chris has
  contributed to the CHC’s improved financial management and performance. For the
  past six years, Chris has been the proprietor of two Healthy Life health food stores
  in Canberra and is a strong advocate of the complementary healthcare industry.

Stuart Behncken - Sanofi-aventis Healthcare, Head of Product Innovation

  Stuart was appointed to the CHC Board in 2009. He currently manages the scientific,
  regulatory and commercialisation aspects of the consumer healthcare business for
  Sanofi-Aventis Australia; this includes nutraceutical and over the counter (OTC)
  pharmaceuticals. Stuart has a background in strategy, intellectual property
  management and technology transfer built upon training in medical research.

Frank Caruso - Totally Natural Products, Managing Director

  Frank is a current CHC Board member and has over 30 years experience in the 
  health food industry; firstly as a consumer before opening his first health food store
  in 1982. In 1983 he joined Go Vita where he sat on the Board as Marketing Director
  for 15 years and President for 2 years. In 1995 he started Totally Natural Products
  which over the past 12 years has seen positive business growth.

Wayne Coote - Pathway International, Managing Director

  Wayne is a current CHC Board Member with 30 years experience in the healthcare
  industry in various management positions. Over the last 15 years Wayne has
  been responsible for running Pathway International, which supplies specialty
  healthcare ingredients to brand marketers and contract manufacturers for products
  which are used by customers of the complementary healthcare industry.

Anthony Greig - Amway of Australia, General Counsel

  Tony, a member of the CHC Board, is the General Counsel of Amway of Australia,
  a wholly owned subsidiary of Alticor Inc global distributors (amongst other products)
  of the Nutrilite brand of vitamin and mineral supplements. Tony is a practising
  lawyer who has extensive experience in trade practices law and the regulatory
  environment affecting the manufacture/sale/distribution of complementary
  healthcare products in Australia.

Richard Henfrey - Blackmores, Director People Strategy
 
  Richard has recently been appointed to the CHC Board and has over 15 years of
  experience in strategic and business development roles in highly regulated industries
  both in Australia, Europe and North America. He has delivered a broad range of
  growth-driving strategies that optimised performance and created business solutions
  for numerous organisations.

Warren Morey - Melrose Health, General Manager

  Warren is a member of the CHC Board and has worked in the complementary
  healthcare industry for 15 years. Warren is a qualified herbalist and nutritionist,
  working the first 10 years of is career with Nutrition Care Pharmaceuticals as
  Technical and Quality Manager. Warren is currently the General Manager of Melrose
  Health whose range of products provides insight into complementary medicines,
  healthfoods, personal care and the challenges of retailing.

Dusko Pejnovic - Lipa Pharmaceuticals, CEO

  Dusko is a member of the CHC Board and is currently the CEO of Lipa 
  Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Dusko holds a Masters of Business Administration and
  Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. He also has experience in a broad range of
  industries including Pharmaceuticals, Foods, Confectionery, FMCG and B2B
  services.

John Stanton - Vitaco Health Australia, General Managers Sales

In 2009 John joined the CHC Board as a member, John has worked in the natural health industry for over
5 years and has spent time working in both the Australian & NZ markets.
